This initial therapeutic conversation is a calm, supportive space where you can talk things through without commitment or expectation.

There is no need to know exactly what you want or need.

 

 

WHAT THIS CONVERSATION IS:

  • A 30 minute phone conversation

  • A chance to be heard properly, without rushing or pressure

  • An opportunity to explore what you’re experiencing and what support might help

  • A way to see whether working together feels right for you

WHAT THIS CONVERSATION IS NOT:

​

  • It’s not a sales call

  • There’s no obligation to book further sessions

  • You won’t be persuaded, analysed, or pushed

  • You don’t need to prepare anything in advance

HOW HYPNOTHERAPY MAY FIT (IF AT ALL).

During the conversation, we will explore whether hypnotherapy could be a helpful approach for you.

If it feels appropriate, I’ll explain how we might work together. If it doesn’t, that’s absolutely fine too.
